We do not collect personal data, meaning information that identifies a user as an individual, in any of our children’s applications such as "Jeremy Goes to the Fair"™.

We use a third party program called Crashlytics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Twitter, Inc.) in our applications to help us provide you the best quality of service. You can find the Privacy Policy of Crashlytics at try.crashlytics.com/terms.

We may also collect non-personal statistics - such as high scores, games played, or time spent - to help us improve the gameplay experience.

The information we collect is for internal use, and is never shared with third parties.

WEBSITE

Our website does not include any third party advertisements.

Any personally identifiable data would only be that provided voluntarily by parents such as: purchasing products on the store, signing up to receive email newsletters, and receiving communications for technical support.

If parents choose to make purchases of merchandise on our store (such as shirts, toys, etc.), the usual information required to process payments will be collected (such as name, mailing or shipping address, etc.).

Our website may provide forums for parents to leave comments, such as on our blog. We are not responsible for what parents choose to say on public forums, or what information they may choose to disclose using the comments feature.

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose the information we have to additional parties if we are required to do so by law, by a judicial proceeding, to protect Apptastic Software’s rights and properties, to investigate fraud, intellectual property infringement, or any conduct that may be illegal or expose Apptastic Software to legal liability.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We use third parties to deliver services such as payment processing, sending emails, and infrastructure. We only choose companies that follow a responsible privacy policy, and links will be provided to the third party service provider’s privacy policy in context of use of these features.

Our website may provide links to third party social media services, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. These services each have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Including a link to such a third party social media service does not constitute an endorsement of them by us.

SECURITY

We follow commonly accepted security procedures in an attempt to keep the information we collect secure, and we require the third parties we work directly with to do the same. Measures include limiting access to data to those persons that require it, using encryption for sensitive data, and maintaining a secure operating environment. However, Apptastic Software does not guarantee, and does not accept liability, for any unintentional disclosure of information.

REQUEST FOR REMOVAL

We only store information for as long as required to facilitate delivery of our services. For any identifiable information (such as email for newsletter, store purchases, etc.), you may request deletion of your data or to opt out of communications with us. For any such requests, please contact us.

We may at times update the privacy policy in accordance with changes to laws, or to reflect new or modified features or services. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy frequently to ensure that you are familiar with the latest terms.
